This is a replica of the original soap box. The replica was issued at the MICA conventions in 1991 with 500 being made. The models vary based on the colour of the scarf of the rider which came in fed, green and blue.
The model we are offering features a green scarfed rider. The soapbox appears to be in good order. There has been a repair done to the back of the soap box at some stage as their does appear to be glue on it. We have tried our best to show this in the photographs. Apart from this the model is in lovely condition,
The original box is in excellent condition with few signs of age. There is no edgewear, tearing or creasing. The graphics are complete on all sides of the box.
This is a rare item and much sought after by matchbox collectors. An ideal addition to any collection.
