This is the Bluebird Mr postman playset from 1987, and allowed children to run their own post office. He comes with his phone, scale, stamps, desk organiser, envelopes and ink pad. He is missing all of the forms, money and pens. This is still a fun item for children or those who are trying to reclaim their childhood. He comes with his box which does contain some wear which is consistent with age.
