The model was first issued in 1964 and was sold through to 1968. This is a very early matchbox model which is in excellent condition. The paintwork is fantastic with few chips. The wheels move smoothly with no snagging as does the mechanism to lift the cab of the lorry.
The model comes with the original box. The colouring of the box is good and there is minimal edgewear. However either end of the box show damage with creasing and edge damage.
This is a very early matchbox model which is ideal for a collector or someone looking to relive their childhood.
