This is a small submarine from the Atlantis range. The set is sealed in the original bag and therefore complete. This set was given away in the UK with a newspaper and sold in target stores in the USA. The set includes the mini figure, scuba suit, sub and gem.
This set was retired over 10 years ago making it hard to find now and ideal for a collector.
