This is a lovely small item dating from 1997. The kit contains 2 stamps and the ink pad. The item has been stored away from direct sunlight meaning there is no sun fading and the colours remain bright and vivid.
We cannot say if the ink is wet as it is sealed.
The packaging for the item has some edgewear but this is consumate with age. The graphic is complete on both sides the blister pack remains fully sealed.
This is a nice novelty item to add to your collection.
