Budgie models are beautiful little items built to a very high quality. The model is in very good order. There is slight wear along the central line of the top but this may be the design rather than a flaw. Apart from that there is nothing of note on the model.
The item comes with the original box which is in good condition. There is some edgewear and a couple of defects to the front which can be seen in the photographs.
This is a nice item to add to either a budgie or train collection.
